I trade futures on Apex and Lucid accounts through Tradovate. Every journal I tried treated a prop account like a normal brokerage account, so the numbers that actually decide whether you keep the account, the trailing threshold, the loss limit and the payout rules, were left for me to work out on paper.

So I built the journal I wanted: one that knows what a 50K EOD account's threshold is today, which payout I'm closest to, and what my third trade of the day has really cost me. It started as a tool for my own accounts and grew from there.
