Questions

Which platforms can I import from?

Tradovate, which is what Apex, Lucid and FundedNext accounts run on. In Tradovate, open Account Reports, choose Performance, download the CSV and drop it into the journal. You can also add trades by hand.

Does it connect to my prop firm account automatically?

Not yet. Firms don't offer a public connection, so the journal works from the CSV you export. Importing after each session takes under a minute, and trades you've already imported are skipped.

How accurate is the drawdown?

It uses the same mechanics your firm publishes: end-of-day or intraday trailing, the lock level and the loss limit tiers. It only sees closed trades, so an intraday high you hit inside an open trade isn't counted. Treat it as a close guide and keep an eye on your firm's dashboard too.

I copy trades to several accounts. Does that work?

Yes. Tick every account a trade went to and it counts on each of them. The P&L calendar shows the per-account result and the total across all of them.

What happens when I pass an evaluation?

Mark it passed. The evaluation moves to your retired accounts with all its history, and a fresh PA starts at the starting balance with the funded rules.

My firm changed a rule. Can I fix it?

Every rule on every account is editable: drawdown, loss limits, payout caps, consistency, profit split. We also update the built-in templates when firms change them.

Is my data private?

Your trades are only visible to your account. Nothing is shared unless you create a share link yourself. See the privacy policy for the details.

Is this financial advice?

No. The journal reports on trades you've already taken. It doesn't tell you what to trade.
